Our chicken is marinated in a Hawaiian Teriyaki sauce and loaded with Fresh pineapple, Peppers and Red onion.

Fresh Mozzarella Balls marinated in Olive oil and Italian spices, Baby Spinach and Cherry red tomatoes served with Biodegradable Bamboo skewers for your guests to create Antipasto or Caprese appetizers

Stuffed Dates 

Sweet Dates stuffed with Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese and Walnuts.

These stuffed Mushrooms are always a crowd favorite! 

Created with fresh mushrooms caps filled with crab or homemade spinach dip, then baked to perfection.
